In the grand scheme of things, there is nothing to fear.  But there is all but fear, nobody to help me. But, at the same time, all I have to do is ask for help.

If I remind myself that I don’t fear death, then there seems to be nothing to fear. But on the other hand, living well, living the fullest life, living comfortably is the hardest thing.  Living itself is an excruciating journey.

Making people you care about happy is even harder. But making others happy is easier than making yourself happy.

Jumping off the cliff is not the hardest thing.  Fighting with your fear, while you fall, is.
